Refund Policy – EU Customers
At Worldwide Judaica, we have a 14-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us of your decision to return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at info@worldwidejudaica.eu. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Right of Withdrawal
As per EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason. However, this right does not apply to certain exceptions (see below).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will work promptly to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product in accordance with the return policy and make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please be aware that bank processing times may vary. If you do not see your refund within 15 business days after approval, contact us at info@worldwidejudaica.eu.
